Fruit is one of those things we all just assume is good for us, right? Everyone agrees we should be eating more fruits and vegetables. But should we?
We check the label on something and we’re like, “Hey, this is made with real fruit juice, it must be healthy!” But is it really?
How much fruit should we be eating? What role does fruit play in long-distance running? What about all those vitamins in fruit…don’t we need those? Does fruit help us or hurt us if we’re trying to lose weight?
