Today I’m talking about the right way vs. the wrong way to set goals. The problem is most people pick some random goal, it’s usually too small, and they kinda sorta come up with a plan for making it happen. This is a terrible way of doing things and it never works!
In this episode, I’m going to walk you through a better way of setting goals. But even more importantly, I’m going to teach you how to ACHIEVE those goals. And it doesn’t matter what they are – the process is the same for whatever goal we’re talking about. So strap in, this is going to be a fun one!
