Most people are not consciously aware of their own thoughts, feelings, and actions. They assume that everything is just happening to them and it’s all out of their control. They aren’t aware that they are actually creating their own thoughts and emotions, and therefore their own reality.
The main reason for this is a lack of self-awareness, and it might just be the most important factor in determining the results you get (or don’t get) in your running, in your weight loss journey, in your relationships, and in every area of your life.
